Our get-well wishes to Wilma Dorman, who is a patient in Nanticoke
Memorial Hospital, and to Jack Mitchell, a coronary care patient at
PRMC.
Special prayers and wishes for Mildred Wootten who was in and out of
PRMC last week.
Happy anniversary to Patsy and Deane Pitmon as they celebrate 15
years of marriage on Aug. 18. With lots of love from Rose and Jimmy
Richardson.
Friends and family send get-well wishes to Al and Betty Freidhoff as
they recuperate at home. We send our good wishes to the people in
Florida after the catastrophe that they have just endured. I finally
heard from friends Joanne and Jeff Ziemer, who live in Ponta Gorda.
Their home was damaged on the outside, but everything was OK inside.
Their area will not have electricity for about six weeks. They also
don’t know when the phones will be back in service.
Our sympathy and prayers to the families and friends of James W.
Flood Sr. and John Taylor Gard II.
Happy birthday to: Mary Nelson, Jackie Hearn, Nelda Harris, Donna
Figgs and Wayne Holloway, on Aug. 15; Diana (Dee) McDonnell, Aug.
17; Shelly Wilson, Aug. 18; Jeffrey Sparrow and Bill Massey, Aug.
19; Douglas Lankford, Betty Chandler and Cailin Nichols, Aug. 21;
Adam Panichella, Diana Tyrrell Golt and Juanita Wallace, Aug. 22;
and Hanna Adkins, Aug. 25.
Thought for the week: “Often we can achieve an even better result
when we stumble yet are willing to start over, when we don’t give up
after a mistake, when something doesn’t come easily but we throw
ourselves into trying, when we’re not afraid to appear less than
perfectly polished.” Sharon Salzberg |
